![]() | Mart Rampe has been part of the environmental industry for over two decades and has been a practitioner in the earth sciences for over 35 years. He is the founder and business development manager for the Firm. His specialist expertise is in the field of project management and resource assessment and development. Mart brings practical as well as coporate expertise to the Firm, serving as a director of several publicly listed companies. He is also the Chairman of the Thirlmere Estonian Retirement Village. |

![]() | Jim has worked on a range of projects including onsite wastewater disposal, salinity assessments, agricultural capability assessments and environmental management plans for single lot and multi-lot residential developments, retirement villages, feedlots and related enterprises. Jim’s skill base includes GIS work, spatial analysis and a range of skills relating to field based activities including soil profile description and electromagnetic surveys. |

![]() | Tessa is an environmental scientist who has both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a wide range of scientific disciplines including Biology, Ecology, Environmental Management, GIS and Remote Sensing, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry and Aboriginal Studies. She has worked on a variety of projects including onsite wastewater management and disposal in a number of local government areas (incl. SEPP58 areas) on single lots, multi-residential and commercial developments and she conducts routine dust monitoring and water sampling for local quarries. Tessa’s skill base includes GIS work, CAD operation, comprehensive reporting as well as field-based activities such as site assessments and soil profile analysis. |
